Navigating through our selection process might take a bit more time compared to others, but it's all to ensure a harmonious fit for both you and the hiring company. Here's a step-by-step walkthrough of what to expect:
- Application: Start by submitting your job application. You'll be filling out a form, uploading your CV and cover letter, and occasionally, we might ask you for a short video introduction and a few exercises to get to know you better.
- Skills Assessment via One-Way Interview: Next, you’ll tackle an assessment, tailored specifically for the role and the hiring company. This is an opportunity to showcase your relevant skills through a platform where you'll respond to queries via text, voice, video, or file upload, at a time that suits you but within an established deadline.
- Skills Assessment Interview with METEOR: Candidates moving to this stage will have a more thorough interview with our team. Here, we explore your skills in detail, discuss your experiences, and gauge how well you'd mesh with the hiring company’s culture and the role’s demands.
- Final Interview with the Hiring Company: The candidates, who shine through the earlier stages, will have the opportunity to meet the hiring company in a detailed interview. This is your moment to dive deep into the role's specifics, ask questions, and get a tangible feel of your future role, its expectations, and performance metrics.
This methodical process ensures we present the hiring company with a crystal-clear picture of your capabilities, and similarly, provides you with a transparent view into your potential future role. This way, we assure a mutually beneficial match for both parties.

At METEOR, when we say "remote work," we're talking about positions that are completely work-from-home. You're not required to commute to an office nor engage in a hybrid working model. This approach is designed to not only save you costs on things like gasoline and public transport but also to grant you the gift of time, reducing hours spent in traffic and enabling more moments with family and friends.
Although the general rule is that you will work from your own residence, there could be occasions where you might want to operate from a different remote location (like a coffee shop or a weekend home). However, any plans to work from a location other than your primary residence need to be approved by both the hiring company and METEOR, ensuring that work quality and company standards are upheld. So, while there’s potential for flexibility, any variances from the home-work norm need prior approval.
