Post Production Manager
ROLE SUMMARY
ABOUT THE COMPANY
Brand Sharks is a content strategy and production company that helps entrepreneurs and brands grow their presence through short-form video and social media content. The company works closely with clients to develop clear messaging, strong content strategy, and high-volume video production systems that drive visibility and engagement online. Brand Sharks partners with founders, creators, and businesses who want to scale their personal brand and digital reach through content. The team focuses on practical execution, strong communication, and delivering consistent results for clients while operating in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This position is perfect for someone who:
✅ Has a strong eye for detail and immediately notices mistakes in captions, pacing, formatting, or brand alignment
✅ Feels comfortable managing deadlines, priorities, and production volume in a fast-paced environment
✅ Communicates clearly and directly while still being supportive and professional
✅ Likes building systems, improving processes, and reducing bottlenecks
✅ Takes pride in making sure work is client-ready before it is delivered
✅ Enjoys leading creative teams and helping editors improve their work
RESULTS YOU OWN
≥ 95% of agreed editor deadlines are hit each week, or renegotiated 24+ hours in advance.
≥ 95% client approval rate on first-pass scripted videos over a rolling 60-day window.
Founder reviews ≤ 10 videos per week, with the Post-Production Manager owning the rest.
Near-zero client-visible errors, including typos, wrong assets, off-brand colors, wrong direction on inspiration, or similar issues.
Editors are clear, supported, and accountable, with issues solved at the Post-Production Manager level instead of being escalated to the founder.
WHAT IS IT LIKE TO WORK HERE
Brand Sharks doesn’t just look for experience; they look for alignment. Their culture is built around a set of core values that define how the team operates, makes decisions, and shows up every day. These values guide hiring, promotions, and daily execution. If you feel identified with these values, this position is perfect for you.

✅ Customer Obsessed: Always think from the client’s perspective and prioritize delivering value.
✅ Figure It Out: Solve problems independently and bring solutions, not just questions.
