Appointment Setter
ROLE SUMMARY
ABOUT THE COMPANY
UnlockTheROI helps new founders land their first clients so they can grow a real business—not just a side hustle—and take full control of their future. By removing the guesswork from starting to get clients, the company gives founders clear, proven steps to get results faster. UnlockTheROI is based in Utah, United States, with representatives in Poland and the Philippines.
How they operate:
The team moves fast, focuses on what works, and keeps things simple. Results are everything. They execute quickly in the short term while staying hyperfocused on their long-term direction. They don’t waste time chasing distracting opportunities and instead double down on the parts of the business proven to produce results. For those who are competitive, growth-driven, and hungry to win, this is an environment where they will thrive.
ABOUT THE ROLE
UnlockTheROI is looking for an Appointment Setter who will set qualified meetings for a closer sales rep. This role is critical to their growth—serving as the prospects’ first point of contact, ensuring they demonstrate a need for services and meet the ideal client profile (ICP).
For individuals who are competitive, process-driven, and relentless about beating their targets, this is a place to thrive. The role reports directly to the Head of Sales, who will work closely with the Appointment Setter to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead-to-call conversions, time to first response, and keeping the booked calls pipeline full.
This position is perfect for someone who:
✅ Thrives in competitive environments and is motivated by beating targets
✅ Follows proven processes and frameworks with consistency
✅ Stays organized while managing multiple conversations and follow-ups
✅ Takes full responsibility for results and drives continuous improvement
WHAT IS IT LIKE TO WORK HERE
UnlockTheROI doesn’t just look for experience—they look for alignment. Their culture is built around a set of core values that define how the team operates, makes decisions, and shows up every day. These aren’t just internal mottos—they’re used to guide hiring, promotions, and daily execution. These values are summed up in the acronym S.P.A.C.E.
S — Speed to Inputs – We keep momentum high. No wasted time on low-leverage tasks, no bottlenecks—just focused action.
P — Power Through – We hammer because we know that anything worthwhile takes real, concentrated effort to achieve. Long, boring, hard work isn’t a hurdle—it’s the path.
A — Absolute Accountability – We take radical accountability. No excuses, no blaming or finger pointing. We take ownership of everything—our wins, our mistakes, and our results. The moment something is “not my problem,” we lose the ability to fix it. Growth comes from taking full accountability, always.
C — Continuous Feedback – We embrace feedback–both praise and critical–and practice it as a skill because it is required for growth.
E — Easy Peasy – We put extra in effort to remove unneeded steps, friction, or bloat—for ourselves, our team, and our clients.
